Merry Christmas Friends and Family! Wow, what a year it has been! We hope that you and yours have fared well during the pandemic. We are doing well, keeping busy with our jobs, and our ever-growing goat business.
Back in June we made the decision to take a leap deeper into the goat business and put together an expansion plan. With some hard work, lots of paperwork, and a bit of luck, our plan became a reality. In early October we sold all our cows, signed a few land leases and purchased an additional 160 mother goats. This winter and into spring we will kid out over 200 mommas! Wish us luck and say a prayer!

In addition to our meat goat expansion, Faith finally ended up with a couple dairy goats, named Heidi & Poppy. She is looking forward to having milk on hand for any bottle babies we might end up with and is hoping to take up soap making with any extra.
As for our jobs, Ethan continues working for his parents on the farm, and will go seasonal in 2021, so he has more time to focus on our growing business (as well as the onslaught of never ending hay customers that continually blow up his phone). Faith is still happily recruiting future CWU Wildcats. In September Faith received a promotion and is now overseeing some student staff in her department! She has been working from home since March, with no estimate on when she will return to her office in town.
Our menagerie of animals has kept us on our toes this year, but they’ve also brought regular moments of laughter and have contributed largely to our sanity during this wacky year of 2020. We hope you all have found things to bring you laughter and sanity this year as well.
May your homes and hearts be filled with warmth and good cheer this holiday season and may the joy and peace of Christmas be with you all through the New Year!

Warmly,
Faith & Ethan
